The Van Buren business partnership committee is a school-organized group consisting of students in grades four and five. These students apply and interview for positions on this committee and become the liaisons to our business partners.
We partner with our businesses in landscaping efforts, volunteer projects, and reciprocate with thank you posters, cards, caroling and crafts. Van Buren has two outstanding business partners; GE Capital and West Rotary. Both organizations are instrumental in providing volunteers, school supplies, and funding for various events and needs at our building.
