Welcome to Van Buren Elementary!! Van Buren Elementary is one of 21 elementary schools in the Cedar Rapids Community School District.

We serve approximately 350 students K-5th and are proud to offer several programs in our building to meet your child’s academic and social needs including Kids on Course and a strong ELL program. Our staff fosters a safe and collaborative culture that supports each student. We look forward to partnering with your family and learning more about your child!
